Passholder Perks Program

• Bring your Season Pass voucher with you that you received via email (printed or on your phone) to the Season Pass Building before entering the park. We will take your photo and print your Season Pass for you! It's as easy as that! Please note that your perks will not be valid until your pass has been activated at the park.
• Are you a renewal Season Passholder? You do not need to get your pass processed for 2024. We will activate your existing Season Pass. Make sure you have your pass card from last year, and you will be good to go! If you did not keep your card, you will need to come to pass processing for a new one.

Save some time and process your pass early! Wet 'n Wild Emerald Pointe will be hosting early pass-processing events at the following dates and times:

1. Tuesday May 7^th 5pm-7pm
2. Saturday May 11^th 1pm-4pm
3. Wednesday May 15^th 5pm-7pm
4. Saturday May 18^th 1pm-4pm        

• Silver, Gold, and Platinum Season Passholders can utilize Bring a Friend Discounts on select days (Monday - Friday only)! Passholders can purchase admission for up to 3 friends for 50% off gate price admission. Season Passholder must accompany a friend during purchase.

• Silver Passholders receive one free friend ticket
• Gold Passholders receive two free friend tickets
• Platinum Passholders receive four free friend tickets
• Free Friend Tickets are for one-time use only, not every visit
• Each must be redeemed on different days in 2024
• Friend must accompany Season Passholder at the ticket window to receive a Free Friend Ticket

• Season Passes are non-transferable and subject to cancelation if used by anyone other than the Passholder
• Valid for use in 2024 ONLY
• Season Passes may be suspended or canceled without refund for violation of any Park Rules or Policies
• Season Passes are valid for ages 3 and up and children ages 2 and under are free
• Each level of season pass comes with different benefits; however, the restrictions/guidelines apply to all of the Season Passes

• It's easy to update your payment information or pay off your Season Pass purchased on a payment plan! Just have your order confirmation number and email address used at the time of purchase ready. Need help finding your order confirmation number? Contact us here!

• Want to continue to receive emails with information and offers that are relevant to you? Be sure to update your profile regularly - it's easy! All you have to do is click 'Customize Your Email Preferences' at the bottom of any Wet 'n Wild email that is sent to you. It's important to keep your email, phone number, and address up to date!
  

• YES! You will simply pay the difference between your pass and the pass you wish to upgrade to. Stop by the Season Pass Building at the park to upgrade on your next visit!
