We want you to know the health and safety of our Guests and Team Members is our top priority. We are fully committed to creating the cleanest and safest environment possible for your visit.

As we begin the 2021 Summer Season, we will continue to modify our operations to best protect our staff and visitors from COVID-19. While we are committed to enhanced standards in an effort to keep you as healthy and safe as possible, there remains an inherent and elevated risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any public place and any place where people are present. Please, read this page fully to ensure the best experience possible as you plan your visit and join us.

Working Together to Avoid COVID-19


The health and safety of our Guests and Team Members is our top priority. In these unprecedented times, we have implemented enhanced health and safety measures to help protect everyone. But we can’t do it alone. We are counting on everyone’s efforts to do their part by cooperating with these new measures that are designed to keep every person visiting and/or working at Wet'n Wild Emerald Pointe healthy and safe.


Guest Responsibilities


  • If you have a fever or are displaying other symptoms of COVID-19, please stay home.
  • Wash hands often with soap and water.
  • Avoid touching your face.

Planning a Visit


In order to comply with key health and safety measures surrounding limiting capacity, social distancing, and touch-free payment, planning a visit to Wet'n Wild Emerald Pointe will look different this summer.

  • In accordance with the latest guidance by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the North Carolina Department of Health, Guests are no longer required to wear a facial covering when visiting Wet'n Wild Emerald Pointe, regardless of vaccination status. Guests may continue to wear facial coverings if they wish.


    While we are committed to enhanced standards in an effort to keep you as healthy and safe as possible, there remains an inherent and elevated risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any public place and any place where people are present. People who do not show symptoms can still spread COVID-19. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and persons with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable and at higher risk for severe illness. Guests should familiarize themselves with guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and evaluate their risk in determining whether they should attend our facilities. If you or a family member are ill or think that you may be getting ill, please postpone your visit until you are well.

    By visiting our facility, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

    Wet'n Wild Emerald Pointe reserves the right to require a Guest to leave if the Guest is (i) using profanity, offensive or threatening language towards our Team Members or other Guests and/or (ii) violating any other Park Rules.

    Our highest priority remains the safety of all of our Team Members and Guests, and we’re closely following the guidelines set forth by the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention-North Carolina Department of Health, and Guilford County Health Department, along with other government officials and health experts.
    In keeping with the recommendation of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and in following with orders from the North Carolina Department of Health, Guests are no longer required to wear a facial covering when visiting Wet'n Wild Emerald Pointe, regardless of vaccination status. Guests may continue to wear facial coverings if they wish. Policy updated July 16, 2021.
    While we always strive to have every ride open and operational, due to the pause on preseason preparations as well as new safety procedures, some attractions may be delayed or closed for the season. Please check our website prior to your visit for information on any closed attraction.
    All 2020 Season Passes have been extended to cover the 2021 Season. No additional steps are required.
    Good Any Day tickets purchased for the 2020 season will be valid through the entirety of the 2021 Summer Season. Guests with additional questions about their tickets can contact us to connect with our Guest Services staff.
    All 2020 Summer Dining Passes and other add-ons will be valid through the end of the 2021 Summer Season. We are no longer selling Dining Passes for the 2021 Season.
    We cannot refill your Souvenir Cup. All refills will be given in a paper cup.
