2025 Letter From Our General Manager

To our valued Wet 'n Wild guests,

Hello! On behalf of our team here at Wet ‘n Wild Emerald Pointe, I am excited to prepare for another season of Water Park fun. Entering our 41st year of operation, our team is incredibly grateful to have such enthusiastic and devoted guests who return to enjoy time with their family and friends to create life-long memories at our park. I am extremely excited to open our gates on May 24th for the 2025 season and welcome you all back for another summer thrills and chills at the Carolinas’ Favorite Water Park.

The Greensboro water park will return with the park’s favorite attractions including the new Bermuda Triangle water slides. This unique trio of slides features a first-of-its-kind water slide experience in the Carolinas, offering riders an electric journey that will send them down and around lengths of 100, 161, and 176 feet to the pulse of vivid lights and dynamic sounds. Plus, the park’s beloved Thunder Bay Wave Pool, one of the largest Wave Pools in America, will be back in action next season offering guests a way to beat that Carolina heat through their visits. The thrills continue all season as the park hosts a variety of summer fun and entertainment with an all-new event Winter Wonderland and the return of Kids Fest, Sunday Fundays, Shark in the Park, and more. 

“We’re coming off the heels of a successful season in 2024 as we celebrated our 40th Summer Season and are looking forward to getting our park-goers back to the park for an entire summer of splashes,” says General Manager Adam Good.

As the park readies for the 2025 summer season, guests can expect a variety of beloved activities to return to the park for the season plus NEW special events. Back by popular demand, visitors will enjoy Kids Fest, Sunday Fundays, Celebrate America, Shark in the Park, and more. Get into the holiday spirit early this summer with our NEW Winter Wonderland Event. The event promises a plethora of holiday cheer, from jolly activities, snow flurries, a visit from the man with the big red bag, holiday tunes, delicious seasonal treats, and icy-cold drinks. 

Winter Wonderland at the Carolinas' Favorite Water Park is the perfect way to beat the summer heat and spread some holiday joy! So, grab your sunnies, swimsuit, and your Christmas spirit for an unforgettable celebration this July with family and friends.
